Deposit: Payment Status and Transaction Reconciliation

Man holding a phone beside a glowing shield illustration — Deposit

When a balance seems wrong, rebuild the sequence of events rather than guessing from the last number on screen. Deposits, stakes, returns and withdrawals each change the ledger differently.

Build a four-column ledger

Write each event on a separate row with time, type, amount and status. For example: deposit +100 completed; stake −5 settled as a loss; withdrawal −20 requested. If the withdrawal has not completed, record it as pending rather than silently subtracting it from cash already received. The expected available balance depends on how that actual account treats pending amounts.

Turnover is the sum of every paid stake, not the sum of deposits. If 5 units are staked four times, turnover is 20 even when the same starting balance funded more than one round. Net cash change instead depends on money added and removed and the final balance. Keeping the columns separate prevents a high turnover figure from being misread as an identical loss.

Reconcile a pending or failed transfer

Match the account-side entry with the external payment-side entry using the time, amount and reference. One side may show a request while the other has no completed movement yet. That mismatch is a reason to keep checking the status, not proof that a transfer was lost or completed.

If a transfer failed, record the failure before deciding whether to try again. If it is pending, avoid submitting an identical instruction merely because the screen is slow. Any published time estimate, fee or limit must come from the actual transaction terms; none can be inferred from a generic payment label.

Handle a possible duplicate carefully

Two rows with the same amount are not automatically the same transaction. Compare their references and times. If both are completed, the ledger should show two movements; if one failed, only the completed movement should be treated as received or sent. Preserve the records before trying to correct the balance.

For a discrepancy, describe the two references, amounts, times and statuses through the relevant account channel, without sharing a password or one-time code. The useful question is which entries reached a final state. A fresh stake or deposit does not repair an unresolved earlier payment.

Common questions

Does a pending withdrawal mean the money has arrived?

No. A request and a completed transfer are different states. Check the actual transaction record and the receiving side before counting money as received.

If I deposit 100 and stake 5 four times, is my deposit 20?

No. The deposit is 100; total stakes, or turnover, are 20. The closing balance and any returns determine a different net result.

Should I retry a payment when the page stops responding?

First compare the account and payment records for a reference, amount and status. Repeating an unresolved action can create a second transaction.
